Service Description
The program is designed to have people explore their connections with themselves first, then with their colleagues, and then with the people that make up the team they head. Leadership starts with knowing who you are, how others might see you, and how you go about getting the trust and respect from the people you are surrounded by. Leadership is about effective communication, of being prepared to respond rather than react to other’s ideas of team work, leadership and doing it all in a way that brings out the best in everyone in the team. Venue: The Cairn, Old Kilgobbin Farm, Dargle Valley, KZN Midlands, South Africa. OPTION ONE: MORNING ONLY Time: 8.30 am for wake up coffee and rusks - Clinic from 9am to 1pm Includes early morning coffee and midmorning tea. Lunch can be provided at R300pp Minimum Group of 10. Maximum group of 30. OPTION TWO: FULL DAY 8.30am for wake up coffee and rusks-Clinic from 9am to 1pm, with an hour's lunch break. Afternoon session from 2pm to 4.30pm Minimum Group of 10. Maximum group of 30. Includes early morning coffee and midmorning tea. Lunch is provided. Facilities: Indoor arena for days when the weather is not ideal for outdoors Large outdoor arena for perfect weather days Interior of the Cairn for debriefing sessions
